Privacy Policy
crtnGrow (“crtnGrow,” “we,” “us”) helps a company's new owners and operators understand how the business works by interviewing employees and building a structured “Context Core.” This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We are the data controller for account data and a data processor for the interview data our customers collect through the product.
Information we collect
- Account data — your name, email, and workspace details when you sign up (including via Google sign-in).
- Company & people data your account adds — companies, roster names, roles, and email addresses you enter to invite respondents.
- Interview responses — the answers respondents give by voice or text, the resulting transcripts, and the structured Context Core, edges, and evidence derived from them.
- Usage and technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run interviews, transcribe answers, synthesize the Context Core, and generate reports.
- To send interview invitations and account emails (confirmation, sign-in, teammate invites).
- To secure, maintain, and improve the service.
Subprocessors
We use trusted vendors to operate the product. Interview audio/text and derived data may be processed by:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Anthropic (Claude) — conducting interviews and generating the Context Core and reports.
- Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription.
- ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for the interview agent.
- Resend — transactional and invitation email.
- Google — optional sign-in.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Interview data is visible to the customer account that collected it. Read-only report links are protected by an unguessable token; anyone with the link can view that snapshot, so share it carefully.
Retention & security
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it on request. Data is isolated per account and access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Respondents may decline any question and request removal of their responses. To exercise any right, contact us.
