These terms govern your use of crtnGrow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using crtnGrow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to invite the people you add and to process their interview responses.

Acceptable use

• Don't use crtnGrow to collect data you have no right to collect, or to harass, surveil, or harm anyone.
• Don't attempt to access other accounts' data, probe security, or disrupt the service.
• Don't misuse the AI features to generate unlawful content or to make automated decisions about individuals without appropriate human oversight.
• Use reasonable volumes; we may apply rate or usage limits to protect the service.

Your data

You retain ownership of the company and interview data you put into crtnGrow. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for obtaining any consents required from respondents.

AI-generated output

Context Cores, reports, and recaps are generated by AI from interview inputs. They can contain errors or omissions and are provided as decision support, not professional, legal, or HR advice. Review them before relying on them.

Availability & changes

The service is provided “as is.” We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, crtnGrow disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, we'll delete or return your data on request, subject to legal requirements.
